" Hello, my name is Adam Davila. The name of my business is Crossfit Austin. My website is www.crossfitaustin.com. I will be demonstrating the alternating lunge. When you’re doing the alternating lunge, you want to start in the actual lunge position. You actually want to push off the ground forcefully, and alternate your legs in the air and land in the lunge position. You want to make sure that you’re chest is extremely lifted, that the knee doesn’t go over the toe, that the chest doesn’t go over the knee. The alternating lunge is a really great exercise for developing the cardiovascular system, and developing the legs. "
