" Hello, my name is Adam Davila. The name of my business is Crossfit Austin. My website is www.crossfitaustin.com. I will be demonstrating the callisthenic exercise the body weight lunge. A couple of things to consider when you’re doing the body weight lunge is to ensure that your knee doesn’t exceed your toe, and your chest doesn’t exceed your knee when you’re lunging forward. You want to make sure that your upper body stays nice and erect, and you’re looking forward, and that your hips are turned forward as well. "
