" Hello my name is Adam Davila. The name of my business is Crossfit Austin. My website is http://www.crossfitaustin.com. I will be demonstrating the kettle bell windmill. Okay, when you’re doing your kettle bell windmill that you’re feet are at a forty five degree angle, you want to kick your weight back onto the back leg, and kick your hip out. You want to fix the weight overhead so that you have a vertical column between your arm, your shoulder and your leg all the way to the ground. This is what’s going to be supporting the weight. At this point you’re going to drop the opposite shoulder on the inside of the forward knee. So just make sure that when you bend down that you keep the weight on your back leg so that you don’t hurt your back. "
