I’ll be demonstrating a classic variation of the kettle bell swing which is known as the Darcy swing. The Darcy swing is essentially the same as the classic kettle bell swing. The only difference is that it’s done one hand at a time there’s a change at the top. When you’re doing the Darcy swing there’s a change at the top and if you want you can do a change at the bottom. It’s up to you. One thing is to pay attention to safety. Make sure that you don’t have anything around you that could potentially get broken if the kettle bell gets out of your hand. "
