Okay, when you’re doing the kettle bell clean and jerk it’s important to follow the instructions as before on the kettle bell clean. Once the weight is shoulder high, you’re going to break at the knees, you’re going to drive with your legs, you’re going to dip back under and stand. Fix the weight over your head, at this point you can guide the weight back down and rest at shoulder position."
