Salon Staff Meeting Tips

"Hi, my name is Christi from Sarty Mountain, Inc. on behalf of Expert Village. Today we're talking about how to develop a good salon and spa staff meeting. There are four basic parts to every good salon and spa staff meeting that we have talked about. First, an award system, something to inspire people to live by the company's coat of honor or rules that they have agreed to live by. Second, some kind of employee incentive to keep people motived, stay on track and stay with the company. Third, numbers and goal tracking, you need to be able to know and your staff needs to be able to know where you stand in relation to the goals that you want to meet. By having a goal tracking system in place, you're better, able and prepared to meet the goals that you never dreamed you can achieve. The fourth part is a major topic of the month, making sure that you give them something different each staff meeting so they have new ideas to digest and a new direction to move forward on.
