"Hi, my name is Christi from Sarty Mountain, Inc. on behalf of Expert Village. Today we're going to be talking about how to put together a good salon and spa staff meeting. This brings us to goal tracking, at one staff meeting each month here at Sarty Mountain, Inc. we make sure to go over our numbers and goals. Once the first portion of our staff meeting is complete, we take the numbers that we've gathered from each of our locations and combined them into spreadsheets, better than personalize and hand it out to each staff member. This way every staff member knows where they are in relation to achieving their goals. A separate spreadsheet is given which holds all of the numbers for that month that way they can see their total sales goals, their service sales goal, their retail sales goal, their service retail ratio percentage goal and their client retention against their actual total sales, actual service sales, actual retail sales, and actual service to retail ratio in client retention. That way when they look at this spreadsheet they see where they are in relation to achieving their goals and if they haven't met their goals they can see how close they came. This helps motivate people and show them that they meet their goals and if they didn't they can do better next time and what they need to do to improve. Progress that reports are given at the other staff meeting every month to show them how close they are in relation to achieving their goals for the month. This is done by giving them a benchmark so they can match their numbers against it and see if they're on track to meet their goals by month end. In our next segment we're going to be talking about topics."
