Video Transcript

"Hi, my name is Christi from Sarty Mountain, Inc. on behalf of Expert Village. Today we're going to be talking about how to put together a good salon or spa staff meeting. Let's talk about employee incentives, it's important to at least have one staff meeting each month for you can celebrate and have fun with your employees. At Sarty Mountain, Inc. the second staff meeting of each month begins with a review of our coat of honor and then it's considered our celebration staff meeting. At this time we give rewards to team members who are celebrating their anniversary with us during the month. They're given acknowledgment, not only on staff agenda, but also a $20 gift certificate at their regular employee discount for any merchandise for any of our locations. This is a great way to keep people motivated and to stay with us for longer periods of time. In our next segment we're going to be talking about goal tracking."
