How to Use Award Systems in Salon Staff Meetings

"Hi my name is Christi from Sarty Mountain, Inc on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to be talking about how to give a good salon or staff meeting. Let's talk about award system at the first staff meeting every month we pass out ballets and have each team member nominates someone for the code of honor award this let's everybody know who has best demonstrated leaving by our companies code of honor best during the previous month. The code of honor is the rules that we as a team have agreed to live by. By nominating someone by the code of honor award or handling out a award we giving people incentive to do what we want to them to do as a company. After the award has been giving we go through our company code of honor to make sure that everyone understands it. This works well especially if there is new people on staff so they can get up to speed quickly. If there are questions they are answered by the team instead by one person this way everyone knows that it is not one person who creates the team it is every person.
