Video Transcript

" Hi my name is Christi from Sarty Mountain, Inc. on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to be talking about how to give a great salon or staff meeting. One of the keys to building a great team is to have staff meetings at least once a month. Some salon or spas choose to have them more often. If you want better results you should have more staff meetings. You can hold them once a month, twice a month, three times a month or weekly if you prefer. Here at Sarty Mountain, Inc. we hold staff meetings twice a month on the first and third Tuesday's. It is a great way to get all of your staff together and to get them on the same page and moving towards the same goals. In our next segment we would be talking about our award systems. "
