"I'm Don Varney of Varney Speaks and on behalf of Expert Village. Today we're going to talk about the interview process. I found overall, that when you have somebody that's rude, the best thing to do is remember this. They're probably checking you out. They're just testing you to see if you fall apart or if you handle yourself well. How are you going to handle it when the guys all want to go out and have a beer? I personally enjoy the fact that everybody and has a good time together after work, but I go home and I take of the business that I really need to take care of. That's kind of neat. A lot of things go on around here and the last thing I need is someone to go cry every time the phone rings. Are you a crier? No sir. You don't do that? Maybe at a move or something like that, but as far as when it comes to work, I'm very professional. Okay, so you're not one of those? No sir. "
