"I'm Don Varney of Varney Speaks and on behalf of Expert Village. Today we're going to talk about the interview process. Your attire is important when you walk into a room. Make sure it fits you as well as it humanly can. Don't wear something that's too tight. One of the things from the revealing side. For an example, one of the things that I wouldn't expect is for a man to come into my office in an interview and have the top 3 or 4 buttons undone in their shirt and kind of laid out and open. I wouldn't expect that. The same with a young lady. If she was to come in, I'm not expecting her buttons to be undone either. At times, a little too revealing is not a good deal when you're looking a situation where you're trying to be hired. I strongly suggest that you take the middle road, that you always look conservative, that you wear the outfit that the company is their uniform of the day. Work into that area, run down that street. You'll always be safe. You'll never have a problem showing up dressed like the company dresses."
