on 8/2/2008 I understand that this is a beginers demo but in your full speed version you skimpped out on your chamber.

But for a white belt level demo this was very well done.

"Hi this is Aaron Fruitstone from Chi Martial Arts in Miami Shores, Florida. You can reach us on the web at www.chimartialarts.com. Final technique that I’ll be teaching is called back piercing kick, back piercing kicks are attacks to opponents that are coming from the rear, they’re very linear and if executed properly, they’re one of the strongest kicks in Tae Kwon Do. Certain mechanics to remember your head position must stay up and you want to keep your eyes to the rear on your opponent at all times. So the first thing you’ll do is rotate your head to see behind you. You’re going to pick you leg up and point your foot with the knee down, directly behind you. As you’re looking, you’re going to extend your hip outwards, straight out and bring it straight back into you, returning to the starting position. I’ll show it from the side. Look over the shoulder, foot up, knee down, press out, in and return. At normal speed. Again. And from the front. Again, this is Fruitstone from Chi Martial Arts in Miami Shores, Florida; you can reach us on the web at www.chimartialarts.com. At this time on behalf of ExpertVillage.com I’d like to thank you for watching our video. "
