"Hi this is Aaron Fruitstone from Chi Martial Arts in Miami Shores, Florida. You can reach us on the web at www.chimartialarts.com. The final technique in our advanced Tae Kwon Do is against two opponents, sometimes you’ll find yourself sparring against two opponents, or in Tae Kwon Do we have techniques that move in a lot of different directions at once. It’s a flying two direction kick. With my front foot, I’m going to be doing a twisting kick and with my rear foot I’m going to be doing a side kick, from this position you’re going to take a couple of steps lifting this knee to extend it out sideways and lifting this leg to extend it out to the side. What’s happening in an advancing motion with two opponents, one on either side. At normal speed. Again. Once again this is Aaron Fruitstone from Chi Martial Arts in Miami Shores, Florida. You can reach us on the web at www.chimartialarts.com. And on behalf of ExpertVillage.com thank you again."
