"Hi this is Aaron Fruitstone from Chi Martial Arts in Miami Shores. You can reach us on the web at www.chimartialarts.com. The next technique you guys will see in advanced Tae Kwon Do is another combination using a crescent kick and a double side piercing kick. This technique again like many of our Tae Kwon Do techniques in sparring is used to get your opponent to defend techniques that are not actually intended to attack. You’re going to bring your back leg across your body, they’ll draw their hands up, as you rotate your body sideways, you’re going to draw your knee to you and it will extend straight out once and then straight out again. That is known as a double side piercing kick. Again across the body, rotating sideways, extend the leg straight out-in, straight out and in. at normal speed. And again. And we’ll be right back. "
