"Hi this is Aaron Fruitstone from Chi Martial Arts in Miami Shores, Florida. You can reach us on the web at www.chimartialarts.com. The next technique in advanced Tae Kwon Do is a combination – okay it’s going to be a front snap kick where you draw the knee up, out, and in, and down, followed by a lead hand jab, rear hand reverse punch and an inward downward kick. These kicks apex as high as you can using the heel to come vertically down, they either go from the inside out or from the outside in. we’re going to draw ours from the outside in, drawing over the shoulder so come up and straight down. Again in slow motion, 1 – 2 – 3 – 4. And in fast motion, 1 – 2 – 3 – 4. The purpose is to hit the opponent on top of the head, bridge of the nose, shoulder or if they lean back, on their chest. Again. And we’ll be back. "
