"Hi and welcome back to Chi Martial Arts. You can reach us on the web at www.chimartialarts.com. The next technique that you guys will see in advanced Tae Kwon Do is a combination kick. It’s going to be a front snap kick, mid-air turning kick. You’re going to use this to change direction on your opponent; you’re going to draw on a defensive motion from them by throwing the front snap kick and then immediately switch your legs, drawing across to the turning kick. So its side front, in the air turning. At medium speed, 1 – 2, and at full speed, 1 – 2. It’s real important that you turn your hips because your opponent will defend by drawing their hand down which is going to open up their midsection to you, that turning kick will then come in towards their side. Again. "
