Selling A House on the Real Estate Market

"Well I hope you learned something today cause selling a house can be a very difficult process a lot of people take it for granted real estate has been booming for 5, 7 years holding the economy together and recently within the last year it's starting to come down it's not an easy process. It's motional there's a lot of legalities and there's a lot involved so what I would urge you is really is to find a realitor. Don't try to sell the house on your own you think there your going to save a 5 or 6% but really in the long run your not going to, 85% of people who don't use a realitor make less than they would have with a realitor, and that includes commissions. So I hope you learned something I hope you learned that your house your presenting it to the public so out of respect for yourself and for others you clean it up, you declutter paint if you can get rid of weeds in the front, put some flowers, make it smell nice have a nice realitor and present it. And your house will sell and make sure to that you listen to the feedback from your realitor because what we say is the realitor doesn't make the price the seller doesn't make the price, the market makes the price. So if you notice after weeks and weeks people are saying it's to high the price is to then you need to reduce it. So listen to your realitor listen to the feedback and as a seller make sure you go around on Sunday's while your house is open and look at other people's see whats happening, ask questions. And once you get into es grove this is when you need your realitor the most because there's so many questions and a lot of legalities. So it's very important that your on a very tight communication with your realitor at all times. And again selling a house might be a very difficult situation but it doesn't have to be negative it could be a very enjoyable and very beneficial, emotional, financially so just make sure you follow a few steps and then pick the right realitor.
