Making Signs to Sell a House

"Sunday morning when you have your open house this is Saturday mornings it's a good idea to put out signs around the neighborhood that is going to bring people to your house. Some people just go out in a certain area and just look for the signs so the more signs you have the better off you are to put miles away from the house in all directions. If you really want to know putting out signs are probably the least favorite thing that realitors have to do. Because you go out and it's raining it's windy, you put out your signs 8:00 in the morning make sure you put them on the right way, you put them on clearly it tells people the address, when it's open, now it doesn't seem very difficult right. Usually you should have about 8 to 10 signs take you about 30 minutes to an hour to put them out when it's windy make sure you don't put the flags on cause they fall in the street, sometimes you go after your long day at an open house. You come down somebody stole your flag the signs been runned over but it was still a very good idea for you to put it out. Because that's how people know not only the advertising the newspaper, the internet, the postcards, the door knocking but the sign on the actual day will help people make it to your open house."
