"Having tenants can make selling a house more difficult but it doesn't have to be impossible all you have to do is communicate with the tenants and double check them. Make sure there's not a lot of trash around ask them to pick things up, but most importantly is communication you have to give tenants 24 hours notice. Tell them in advanced your going to be having an open house and discuss with them if they want to stay home during that time or not. There are options too you don't have to keep it open you can tell people that they don't have open houses and you can do it by appointment only. But even when you do is always a very good idea to get there before the buyer and to make sure the smells and the trash is picked up."
