"Good afternoon my name is Monique Hitzman I'm a realitor with Keller Williams and I'm here today with Expert Village to show you basically how to put your house on the market. I'm a realitor and I'm a expert at this so today what I'm going to show you is the little things you can do and of course it all depends on your motivation, how soon you want it to sell, what price are you going to price it at, is it vacant, is it furnished, what area it's in, is it a tear down. So all these matter and the most important is for you to sit down and discuss it with your realitor. So everybody understands what your intension's are so we're going to start and I'm going to show you the outside of the house to being with. Because that's how people see they drive by and they look at there house they look at the neighborhood, and then we'll move inside and show you little things that you can do to improve the chances of you selling your house for the price you want in a timely manner. Selling a house can be very difficult it's an emotional experience there's a lot of legalities to it, so it's very important that you have a realitor. Some people try to sell the homes on there own but your really much better off the realitors so they protect you cause somebody can come back and sue you 5 years later. So to begin with we're going to show you the outside and begin with curb appeal."
