You may think customer service takes place during the transaction but in many cases actually it is after the transaction takes place that you really need customer service. Many people shop on line now as do trip advisors will shop on line and purchase products on your behalf through our supplier's websites. Sometimes after you travel you need more help than before you travel. For instance if you want to change your ticket, you may not be able to get a hold of someone or you may not have Internet access to go on line and actually pull up your reservation to change it yourself, you may need a trip advisor to do that for you. So we would be there to help you in that case. The customer services doesn't end when you leave the store or hang up the phone. We will even follow up after your trip and make sure everything went well and if it didn't, we will certainly do our best to make it right so that next time you go, you won't have any issues and be pleased with your travel experience.
