"On behalf of Expert Village I'm Tony Meredith and I'm Melanie LaPatin we're here at Dance Time Square in the heart of New York City to show you how to do your running dance. And, now we're going to show you how to put the hesitation step together. So again, we take our dance position, and I'm going to turn to this direction to give you a chance to see this hand. Placing her hand into my left, shoulders behind, I step forward with my left foot and it's one, two, three, four, five, six. To my left, two, three, four, five, six. One, two, three, four, five, six. I rise and fall, four, five, six. Let my try it from this angle. Again, I have to take my dance position, lady on to the right hand side. I would also like to say, a very important, it's really important to keep your shoulders down, your stomach flat and your bottom tucked under, and make your neck long and tall. You don't want to look strained but you want it to look elegant. And, one, two, three, four, five, six, one, two, three, four, five, six and hesitation."
