"If you have a great figure and you want to show it off, a dress like this that will hug your curves is a good choice. You know, if you've got a great figure and you're the mother of the bride or the groom, why not? Your son or your daughter will be very proud of you and they'll love to see you look your very best. We see a lot of things that have shawls. That gives you a little bit of coverage on the shoulders. Just remember that as mother of the bride or groom, you're probably going to be pretty busy that day and sometimes a shawl is not as handy as maybe a jacket would be. Beading is an option. We have lots of beautiful beaded dresses. A lot of this is just personal preference. I have a lot of very conservative shoppers who don't think they want a beaded dress but try a couple on. See if you don't like it because once you get a dress on it, it can just make all the difference and look very different on you so don't be afraid to try things on. Formal wear does not look good on hangers and so you just really need to put things on and have an open mind."
