"Hi! My name is Melissa Schenk and on behalf of expertvillage.com today we’re discussing cruise traveling tips. Now let’s discuss safety for a moment, in the first 24 hours when you board your ship of course you’re going to be putting safety first and doing a safety drill. You’re going to be direct to your muster station and that you’ll probably find on your cabin door. It’ll direct you to your muster station so it’s always a good idea as we’ve mentioned in our earlier segment to learn the parts of the ship, to learn what the left side what was the left side? The port side, once again you’re going to learn where your muster station and you’ll be doing your safety drill. You’ll learn how to put your life jacket on and also learn where the emergency boats are in case there of course is an emergency. Something else to keep in mind is seasickness not very common nowadays but it does affect some people at night, sometimes the boat can rock back and forth although most boats nowadays have the state of the art motion stabilizers in them and one last thing to keep in mind with safety of course always have your complete health information with you so that in case there is an emergency who ever you’re with will be able to provide your emergency health contact information."
