"Hi! I’m Stephanie Phillips with expertvillage.com we’re going to talk about sanitary. Very important one thing can ruin your trip is if you become ill and one of the ways you can become ill is not taking proper care of yourself. Now one of the ways that you can take care of yourself when you’re traveling is to make sure that you have a little bottle of this a hand sanitizer, what it’s going to do is all you do is carry it in your purse, put it on your hands keeps your hands clean, gets rid of any germs. Maybe you need a handy wipe, they’re flat, they fit into your purse and they work exactly the same way. When you’re going as delicately as we can put this to the restroom in different parts of the world there are different conditions, some restrooms in some countries are the same for men and women, some in remote places are two holes and feet in the floor, if you’re going to France and you’re going into public bathrooms there’s usually an attendant you have to make sure and tip the attendant before you even get in the door. When you’re eating I would always carry a hand sanitizer with me, keep my hands after every meal wash them, if you’re going to be some place public that’s the time to take care of everything that’s going to effect you. What you don’t want is to become ill during your trip, one of the ways that you can avoid becoming ill during your trip is take two of these every morning some way to avoid some difficulty, you do this preparation but if you didn’t do it and you start to feel a little ill, take some with you don’t depend on knowing where the local drug store is to have the supplies you need rather it’s hand sanitizer or something to take of you after you’re ill."
