"Hi! I’m Stephanie Phillips with expertvillage.com we’re going to talk about food and drink. You’re traveling, you’re going to a new country there are some things that they may be the same, there’s some things that may be different, for instance an example of the same believe it or not in Rome there’s a great big McDonalds, what’s different? They have a pasta-sation and they serve wine, remember when you’re going to a different location enjoy the foods of the area, here’s an example this is it’s called a sugar liquor you get it in Brazil and they give you a terrific drink made with limes, if you don’t drink alcohol I would definitely say stay away from this but if you do it is a wonderful, wonderful drink. Now talking about drinking one of the things I would advice is doesn’t matter what country you’re going to stay with bottled water it’s just better, it’s not that the water is better here or the water is worst there it’s just different therefore, it’s going to affect your system, if you stay with bottled water you’ll tend not to have as many problems and if you do have problems this is what you’re going to need, so make sure you take something like this with you. What I advice sometimes is take one or two pills first thing in the morning whether you’re having a problem or not, sometimes the cultural shock the food shock to your system can be avoided completely and you end up with no problem at all. When you’re traveling there are different things that you should eat maybe it’s kalamata olives in Greece they are terrific or if you’re going to the Netherlands or for that matter the Netherlands Antilles they have a thing called the rice stoffel it’s 52 courses however, the 52 courses are only this size a tablespoon size you get a taste of everything, it comes on a tray, you’ll love it try somebody else’s food, try the culture where you are you’ll have a better trip."
