Now you are going to do the exact same thing on the top, make the exact same line around the edge of the top of the cake, still the same turn and tuck. So you want to do turn and tuck, turn, tuck, turn,tuck. Then you continue, turn and tuck,turn and tuck. You want to get your icing to the bottom so that you do not have any air bubbles because that makes it harder for your icing to get through. "
