Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Step1
Apply foundation to even skin tone, set with loose powder.
Step2
Apply medium brown shadow to lid from lash line to crease
Step3
Apply dark brown shadow in outer corner of eye lids. Draw a "7" in the corner then fill it in.
Step4
Apply white shadow to brow bone and inner corner of the eyes
Step5
Fill in eyebrows with a pencil one shade darker then your hair. Use short soft strokes and blend if needed with a Q-tip
Step6
Line along the lashes with black liner - I prefer liquid, but pencil or powder liner works as well. Extend the top line just past the outer corner of the eye. Do Not connect the top and bottom lines at the outer corner.
Step7
Eye makeup
Curl lashes and apply mascara. Eyes are done.
Step8
Apply blush to apples of cheeks, blending upward and back into hairline.
Step9
Line lips and fill in with red lip pencil. Top with red or pink gloss. For a more dramatic look top with red lipstick.
Step10
Smile!

on 8/10/2008 This is great. My only tip for change is that the bottom eye liner should begin at the middle of the eye, extending just past the outside corner. If you line the inside corner it makes eyes look smaller or closed from the audience perspective.
