"Okay so now we're moving on to the eyeliner and I'm using the same color as I used on the crease for the liner except I'm going to use it wet. So again I'm going to my dish, and I'm going to add a little bit of water, and I'm going to form kind of a liquid or a cream eyeliner, basically. And this is going to go on a little deeper because it's wet which is good because we want the eyeliner to have a little more umph to it. I'm going to start out kind of, oops excuse me, at the corner of the eye, kind of like an up wing and I'm going to make my way toward the middle of the eye. Now using this wet with a nice brush it's going to go on so smooth, it's going to be really easy. You want to just get it as close to the lashes as possible. And you know you can do the liner as thick or as thin as you want and you can wing it out as much as you want also. Now the only thing you want to make sure is is that because it's going on wet you want to keep your eye closed until it dries so that it doesn't make a mark. So just keep adding you know if you want it darker, I want this a little bit deeper. I'm just going to add a little bit more, and I made kind of a thicker line. Lizzie's got big eyes so I made a bit of a thicker line, but you can make a very thin line, and that's all completely up to you. You can also add the dry powder on top of that to make it even deeper or to settle or to set the eyeliner. Or you can add you know another eyeliner and mix them. Something with a shimmer, it's completely up to you. Now this has a bit of an arid essence, but it doesn't have a glitter to it. Open, close, and there you go. There's the eyeliner."
