"Now we're moving on to the base, eye shadow base, and I'm using a very, very light neutral kind of nude pink color. I'm actually using it wet. I put a little bit of powder into my plate and a little bit of water, and I'm going to use it wet. Close for me. It's got a shimmer to it, so a little bit goes a long way. Using it wet will just give a different look to it. These are a very natural makeup, so wetting it will give it a more dramatic feel. Since it's such a light, light color, I wanted to give a little oomph to it. Like I said, it's very shimmery, so it definitely has a funky look. If you would have used it dry, it would be much more natural. You could also use it like I said, on the lips or on the cheeks as a little shimmer dust or mixing it with your lip-gloss. It gives a really, really pretty look. As a base, it definitely works well. Like I said, a little bit goes a long way. Put a little bit on at first, and then if you want more and more and more. It's pretty shimmery, so you may have to do a little clean up afterwards, but it gives a very cute look. You can wear this out all by itself."
