"Now to finish off the look, all we have to do is the lips. What I'm going to do is just a very sheer, neutral pinky, nude color with a lip gloss on top. No lip liner. You can use lip liner if you want. It's not necessary. Since the eyes are so dramatic, we want the lips to be a little more neutral. We're still staying in the cool family. Kind of in the pink tones. Again, I'm putting on a very creamy, natural lipstick. It's kind of like a pinky nude. You can apply this either with a lip brush or right from the tube. It's completely up to you. Just blend in really well. If you have smaller lips, you want to use a little more gloss than normal. The gloss is going to accentuate your lips make them look more pouty. You can just wear it like this. I think it needs a little more gloss. If you don't like that glossy feel, you can wear it like this. It looks just as pretty, or you can pile on some lip gloss. It gives that nice, shiny, pouty perfectly plump lip look. You kind of want concentrate it at the pout of the lip. You don't want to bring it to either edge because that's when it gets all gooey. It's a little too juicy that way. You just want to kind of keep it in the pout of the lip. There you go. That's our finished look."
