"Now we're moving onto eyeliner. We're going to do the bottom first. What I like to do is take the pencil brush, which I use for a lot, and I like to go underneath the eye with a little bit of powder just to make it smokey and just to blend everything out so everything isn't on top of the eye. Look up for me. I'm just going to take a little bit at a time and just go underneath the eye. Kind of smoke it out with this purple or eggplant color. I'm not going to go all the way into the eye because I want to keep that light. Just on the edge of the eye just to give that nice cat's eye look. That smokey cat's eye look. Just blend it in really, really nice so it doesn't look like a harsh line. Look up. Then in the inside corner of the eye, I always like to take a light shimmery color and go right in the corner. That just brightens the eye up. It tends to make the eye look open and take away from any dark circles. It just gives a nice highlight to the eye. You can also take this same color and if you feel like it, go a little bit underneath the brow just to give an extra little hint of highlight. It just depends on how much you like. This is a pretty dramatic look, so you can pile on the makeup if you like. It just all depends on your personal preference. "
