"Now we're moving onto the eyes. The first thing you want to do is put base color on the whole entire lid. It'll just help your eye shadow go on better and smoother. It just creates a nice highlight under the brow. A base color is very, very important. I chose a very neutral, very nude champagne color. It's got a bit of an iridescence to it. I use it all the time. It's called grain. It's like a grainy iridescent color. I'm using a big brush. You can't really mess this up. You just want to pile it on. You just want to pile it all over the lid. As you can see, it's just very neutral. Very neutral, but it has that iridescence to it, so it look beautiful. It goes on very, very silky. You just want to put it all over the eye. Under the brow, all over the lid, and even underneath the eye. Look up for me. I like to take it a little bit underneath the eye. It just gives a nice highlight underneath the eye. Everything looks blended. The base is just very, very important. If you put on a nice base, everything you put on top of it will go on just beautiful. Look up one more time. You can mess it up. You just put it on and put it on until you think you have it right."
