"Hi! My name is Davina, this is my model Kirsten. In this clip I’ll demonstrate how to apply a lip liner. Lip liner is a colored pencil used to outline the lips, it helps to keep the color from feathering or bleeding and it also helps to ensure proper shape and definition of the lips. It is applied before your lipstick or lip gloss. Choose a color that coordinates best with your lip color. To apply, starting in the corner of your lip and work your way to the arch, lining right inside of the lip. Make sure you don’t go outside. When you get to the arch area, round it, repeat on the opposite side. Same as the bottom, start in the corner work your way to the center, repeat on the opposite side. And to avoid harsh lines, fill in the lip with the liner, it helps blend best with the lip color. And that’s how lip liner is applied."
