How to Apply Eyelid Primer

"Now for eyelids. I like to prime the eyelid with a eyelid primer I love the Channel eyelid primer cause it is water proof, increase proof. I like to move from the lower lid to right underneath of the eyebrow to opening up the eye with a neutral color. However, they come in a multi tube of shades and just a tiny bit I like to take it from the brush with my finger tips. Again applying all over the lower lid first up into the eye brow, right underneath the eyebrow. Now the eye is prep for eyeshadow."
