" You can use baby powder and you can use baking soda but something so; you can get these hemostats. You can get them at a fish tackle store for about $3 but you want to take the ear out and a lot of groomer’s do this and it is so cruel. I’m not going to do that. But they stick these down in there and twist them like this and those dogs scream bloody murder. That is not what you do. You put powder in their ears and pluck them like you are supposed to which is just a few hairs. You know because that is just horrible and they do that a lot. Don’t they Marian? See that is just a few hairs. It is faster the other way but it is cruel in my opinion. Have you ever seen anybody do it that way? Oh, they scream. You go down in there and it’s out. It seems like all my customers that I’ve told them if they were moving and looking for a new groomer. I always say do those ears yourself. Don’t take a chance. "
