"Hi! My name is Amelia Tallman and today we’re talking about creating bridal bouquets. This period I want to talk about what type of bridal bouquet that you want to choose to make. There’s a couple different kinds. The more traditional are usually built with floral bridal bouquet basket. This again is equipped with that wet floral foam. There’s generally two variations of this. There is something called the nosegay which is a very round, kind of petite bouquet that’s very circular and round, that’s held close to the chest. The other that’s really commonly made on these is a cascading bouquet which has a rounded upper part and cascades off the edge. I’ll show you how to make both of those later. The other really common bridal bouquet being done right now is what’s called a hand tied bouquet. In that it kind of enhances the stems of the flower as well because in this case the stems are totally hidden. With the hand tied bouquet, you’re going to see the stem and the flower itself. So we’re going to show you two different hand tied bouquets. One is just a standard hand tied bouquet and the other is what’s called pageant style which as you can imagine is held more in your arms like this."
