Video Transcript

"Hello, my name is Brett Staggs and on behalf of Expert Village, I am here to show you how to organize your income and assets for a first time home buyer. When applying for your first home loan and you are a person who works more than one job, your best friend is going to be documentation. That is the secret password to having multiple jobs. Because when you go to apply for your loan, the first thing they are going to ask for is all of your pay stubs, all of your W2's, they are going to call and verify your employment. So you have to make sure you have a good working number for them. And you are basically just going to have to be extremely organized with all of your job information. If you have 401K with a job, connected to one of your many jobs, you have to have that in order. Either scan it into your computer, put it in a file somewhere safe, because that will be extremely necessary if you work multiple jobs in applying for your first home loan."
