"Hello my name is Arturo Nelson, we’re at Aqa Sports here in Miami we’re here to learn how to water ski, you can find more information about it on my webpage www.aqasports.com. One of the things I recommend before you ski is to stretch, water skiing is a very strong and powerful sport so it’s very important to stretch. Here are some stretches that I recommend and you can find more information on my webpage, it’s always good to stretch the big muscles that are in the back of the arms, so start by stretching your back muscles at least five times each, then go with the reverse reach that is like this…always stretch slow so you won’t hurt yourself stretching, always very good the neck because you will have falls eventually, then your lower back that is very important in water skiing, slowly as far as you can get a couple of times, never bounce because if you bounce you’re over stretching and you’re going to get hurt so it’s always slow and as far as possible and then your lower body. It’s always good to stretch so you won’t have pains the next day."
