"Hi my name is Arturo Nelson, we’re here at Aqa Sports in Miami we’re here to learn about water skiing and about the equipment, you can find more information on my web page at www.aqasports.com. A very important part of the equipment is the binding, there are many types of bindings and I’m going to show you the appropriate way to fit them in. If you have a fixed binding they come in small, medium, large, x-large, right and left, once you have the binding try to get them as tight as possible without hurting yourself so you will have a better control over the ski. The best way to put the binding on is first to wet them, then put some soap on it regular soap never put oil or creams or those things because they’ll ruin the binding, put soap on the binding, put far as possible in front of your foot and then push on the back. The new kind of bindings they have lace shoes so you can tie them, it’s always good to have them tied but not as tight that they won’t come off because you can get hurt, it’s always to have a firm tight so you’ll have good control over the ski."
