"On behalf of expertvillage.com I welcome you. Hi, my name is Arturo Nelson we’re here in Aqa Sports here in Miami, we’re here to learn how to water ski. First you need the right equipment, it’s easier always to start with two skis, I recommend starting with HO combos which are a little bit wider on the front that will give you a lot of stability, adjustable bindings, so if you have a big foot or a small foot you’ll adjust to your size, they have a concave bottom so that’ll also give you more stability, they have a fin in the back and then always wear a life vest, you can find this information on my website which is www.aqasports.com. Okay let’s start with water skiing, the first thing would be to practice on land, it’s all about balance and position. The water ski position would be always a relaxed lower body and always a strong upper body."
