Instructions

Difficulty: Challenging

Things You’ll Need:

  • Kettlebell.
Step1
Press the kettlebell using the lats.
Step2
Come onto your elbow/forearm.
Step3
Stand up and repeat.

Tips & Warnings

  • Consult your physician before partaking in any exercise. Be safe by practicing in a safe area with plenty of room. If bell drops, step away and let it drop.
