Step 1
Place the paper on the flat surface vertically in front of you. Take the bottom left corner and fold it up so that it matches the right edge of the paper. Crease it using your finger.

Using your scissors, cut off the strip of paper at the top. Keep the paper in the same shape as in the beginning. Open up the paper and fold the bottom right corner to the top the left corner. Make sure everything is even. Then, use your finger to crease it. Open it back up.

Step 3
The paper should be in the shape of a square, and should have an "x" running through it. Flip the paper over and fold it in half. Then flip it over and place in front of yourself so that the half fold runs horizontally through the center point of the "x".

Step 4
Take the center of the top of your paper and fold it down to the bottom edge. The sides will want to go inwards. Let them. Now crease everything. You just performed an accordion fold. Keep your paper in the same position.

Step 5
You should now have a triangle. Taking the bottom left and bottom right corners of the top layer of paper, fold them up to the top point that is pointing away from you. Make sure everything is even and crease. Flip your paper over and repeat on this side. Keep your paper in the same position. You should now have a diamond.

Step 6
Turn your paper 90 degrees any way. Taking the point that is pointing at you, fold it up to the center line. Crease. Turn 180 degrees and repeat. Then flip the paper over and do everything again on this side.

Step 7
Turn 90 degrees so that there is a hole on the point facing you. In the front of your creation, there should be two layers of paper. Each layer should come apart. Fold one of the halves into the slot in the fold you made on step 6. Crease. Do this for all 4 folds (2 on each side).

Step 8
Look at both of the ends of the box. Find which one has a hole, and blow it up with your mouth. You put water in there if you want it to become a water bomb.
