Introduction

You have a text file which have some data you want to copy to a Excel file.But when you just simple use "Copy" and "Paste" you find that the format isn't what you want.

Step1
open Excel and click "Data"->"Import External Data"->"Import Date".
Step2
Then Excel open a dialog,change the option "Fils of type" to "Text files" and open the text file which have the data.
Step3
In "Text import wizard" dialog click "next" to the second step,then chose the "Space" option.
Step4
Follow the step to fininsh.
