Instructions
  1. Step 1
    Tools/Macro Menu
    Tools/Macro Menu

    Click on Tools in the top menu bar, point to Macro, and then Macros. The Macro dialogue box will appear.

  2. Step 2

    On the Macro dialogue box, from the listing of macro names, scroll down to select “ListCommands”, or start typing “list” in the name box to select it.

    Now, click the down arrow of the box next to “Macros in”, and then click on “Word Commands.”

    Click Run and the List Commands dialogue box will appear.

  5. Step 5

    On the List Commands dialogue box, keep the default setting of “Current menu and keyboard settings.” Click OK, and a listing of all Word shortcuts will display in a new document.
