"Ok, now what I'm doing right now is I'm using my little copper brush with just a little bit of water on it and going around to all these spindles and getting off little bits of glue. I'm not really spending too much time worrying about the finish since this chair is going to get waxed, its not going to be refinished, but if you are regluing a chair that has a good finish on it, you don't want to mess up the finish, you'll have to go around with little bits of masking tape and put them around these joints so that you don't scrape the finish or you'll have to use a softer brush like a toothbrush or something like that. Ok, that looks pretty good. And just a damp rag to clean up any little bits or globs that you might find."
