"If you find that a screw does not want to back out, you can put a pair of pliers over the shank of the screwdriver and use that to help you. In some cases you'll need to use a screwdriver with a square shank. And there's that one. Now this screw happens to be a Philips head screw, sorry I had to go get a Philips screwdriver. These can be difficult, just go slow and push hard. That one's backing out nicely. And now the supports are off, we can start working on the seat."
