When I teach I always bring this book and show it to people. The people who wrote Chicken Soup for the Soul, Mark Victor Hansen and Jack Canfield, I was told they went to this book, picked out 800 ideas for marketing their books, put each one of them on a sticky, put them on the wall, and did all 800 of them and started an industry with Chicken Soup for the Soul. Now, who ever would have thought that that book would have done what it did. Nobody wanted to publish it. They self-published it; they did it themselves. They marketed it themselves and the rest as they say is history.
