The same calligrapher did the subheads at the top of her chapters. This was published by a professional publisher. Her picture is on the back. She’s got an ISBN number, she is selling it in bookstores, there will be 3 books all together. This is a very expensive book to produce, but she felt that it had to be perfect. Her recipes were all edited by the Food Editor of the Post-Dispatch. So no corners were cut on this book. This represents to me the most you can do."
