"I’m Bobbi Linkemer on behalf of expertvillage.com, and I’d like to invite you to visit my website at writeanonfictionbook.com. This is someone I know whose motivation for writing these books, there’s 3 of them in this series and they’re cookbooks, and she is a cook and an award-winning apple pie maker. She originally started to put these books together for her grandchildren, so that they would know her and that they would know the things that she cooked. Every one of the recipes in here is like 6 pages long, and then it’s got a really short version of it for people who don’t want to go through 6 pages. What’s interesting about this book is all the people who helped her. She had a book designer who did the cover, and she had another designer who did the inside. She had an illustrator who she hired, who drew this cover and painted it to order. She had a typesetter do the inside. This did not come off the computer; this was done by a professional typesetter and printed on special paper in a special color ink. The only way to do that was to use a certain printer and to have a typeset. She used a calligrapher to do this, just this. The title of the book is Breads, Soups and Salads. The same calligrapher did the subheads at the top of her chapters. This was published by a professional publisher. Her picture is on the back. She’s got an ISBN number, she is selling it in bookstores, there will be 3 books all together. This is a very expensive book to produce, but she felt that it had to be perfect. Her recipes were all edited by the Food Editor of the Post-Dispatch. So no corners were cut on this book. This represents to me the most you can do."
